Auto Protection (rejected ads)
Automatically pause rejected ads and swap the image for a white one
Auto Protection: shield your ad account
Auto Protection keeps your ad account healthy automatically. When Meta rejects an ad, leaving it sitting there piles up rejections and raises the risk of an account ban. Auto Protection reacts on its own to prevent that.
How it works
As soon as one of your ads is rejected by Meta, the system:
- Pauses the ad immediately.
- Swaps the image for a neutral "white" one (that passes review).
- Removes the ad texts — copy is usually the reason for rejection.
The result is a clean, paused ad that stops adding rejections to your account.
How to enable and configure
Open Tools → Auto Protection in the sidebar.
Turn it on
Use the toggle at the top of the screen to enable Auto Protection.
Choose the protected accounts
Protection only applies to your monitored accounts. In "Protected accounts" pick "All" (every monitored account) or "Manual" (mark only the ones you want).
Set the white creative
In "White creative" pick "Automatic" (the system chooses one of our default white images) or "Manual" (choose a default image or upload your own).
Texts are always removed
Only monitored accounts
Track what was protected
The "Protection history" card shows every ad the system protected, with the status (Swapped, Paused only, or Failed) and the BM, account and campaign — so you can find the ad in Ads Manager easily.
Frequently asked questions
How fast does it act?
The rejection is picked up on the periodic sync with Meta (about every 30 minutes) and protection acts right after.
Does it act more than once on the same ad?
No. Each ad is protected only once, to avoid repetition.
Does the ad go live again on its own?
No. It stays paused — reactivating it (with the already-approved white creative) is your call, from the campaigns screen.
