Understanding Dashboard KPIs
The IzeAds Dashboard displays the main performance indicators (KPIs) for your campaigns in real time. Each KPI is calculated based on data synced from Facebook Ads and revenue events received via payment platform integrations.
Available KPIs
- Total Spend: Total amount spent on ads in the selected period, synced directly from Facebook Ads.
- Revenue: Total sales value recorded via webhooks from payment platforms (Hotmart, Kiwify, Kirvano, etc).
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Return on ad investment. Calculated as Revenue / Spend. A ROAS of 3.0 means for every $1 invested, you earned $3.
- ROI (Return on Investment): Return on investment as a percentage. Calculated as ((Revenue - Spend) / Spend) * 100. An ROI of 200% means you tripled your investment.
- Profit: Difference between revenue and spend. Calculated as Revenue - Spend.
- CPA (Cost per Acquisition): Average cost to acquire a sale. Calculated as Spend / Number of Sales.
- CPL (Cost per Lead): Average cost to generate a lead. Calculated as Spend / Number of Leads.
- CTR (Click-Through Rate): Ad click-through rate. Calculated as (Clicks / Impressions) * 100. Indicates the relevance of your creative to the audience.
Customizing KPIs
You can choose which KPIs appear on the dashboard. Click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the KPI cards to open the customization panel. Drag KPIs to reorder or disable those that are not relevant to you.
Period filters
Use period filters to view KPIs across different time windows:
- Today: Current day data (updated in real time)
- Yesterday: Consolidated data from the previous day
- Last 7 days: Weekly performance overview
- Last 30 days: Monthly performance overview
Compare periods
Use different periods to identify trends. If today's CPA is above the last 7-day average, it may be a sign to review your creatives or campaign targeting.
Metrics sync
Facebook metrics are automatically synced every 30 minutes. Revenue data from payment platforms arrives in real time via webhook. If you notice discrepancies, wait for the next sync cycle or force a manual sync in Connections.
