## Exporting leads to CSV IzeAds lets you export your leads to a CSV file, making it easy to integrate with other tools such as CRMs, email marketing platforms, or spreadsheets. The export respects the applied filters so you export exactly the data you need. ### How to export 1. **Go to the Leads section** — In the side menu, click "Leads" to open the full list of captured leads. 2. **Apply the desired filters** — Use the available filters to refine the selection: period (today, yesterday, last 7 days, or a custom range), lead status, Facebook page, or source tracker. 3. **Click "Export CSV"** — With the filters applied, click the "Export CSV" button at the top of the list. The file download will start automatically. 4. **Open the file** — The CSV file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet editor. Data is comma-separated with UTF-8 encoding. ### CSV file structure The exported file contains the following standard columns: - **Name** — Full name of the lead - **Email** — Email address - **Phone** — Phone number - **Date** — Lead creation date (fb_created_at for Facebook leads) - **Source** — Source page or tracker - **Status** — Current lead status ### Dynamic custom field columns If your Lead Ads forms have custom fields (beyond name, email, and phone), the CSV generates additional columns automatically. Each custom form field becomes an extra column in the file. Standard fields (full_name, email, phone_number) are filtered to avoid duplication in the extra columns. > 💡 **Filter before exporting** > > The export respects all active filters in the list.
