## Company settings

Company settings define essential parameters that affect the entire platform, from metrics display to data synchronization with Facebook. It is important to configure these fields correctly right after creating your account.

### Company data

1. **Go to settings** — In the side menu, click "Settings" to open the company settings page.
2. **Company name** — Set your company or project name. This name is displayed in the dashboard and reports.
3. **Timezone** — Select your operation's timezone. All metrics, reports, and period filters will be calculated based on this timezone.
4. **Currency** — Choose your operation's main currency (BRL, USD, EUR). Revenue, ROAS, and cost values will be displayed in this currency with automatic conversion when needed.

> ⚠️ **Importance of timezone**
>
> The timezone directly affects daily metrics calculations, period filters (today, yesterday, last 7 days), and metrics checkpoints. Set the correct timezone before you start monitoring campaigns. If changed later, historical data may show inconsistencies in daily groupings.

### Monitored accounts

Monitored accounts are the Facebook ad accounts that IzeAds actively tracks. The metrics sync worker runs every 30 minutes and fetches Facebook Insights data only for monitored accounts.

- **Add account** — In the monitored accounts section, select the ad accounts you want to track. Available accounts come from your active Facebook connections.
- **Plan limit** — Each plan has a limit on simultaneous monitored accounts. The usage bar shown on the page displays how many accounts you are using relative to your plan limit.
- **Remove account** — You can remove a monitored account at any time. Previously synced historical data will be kept.

> 💡 **Select only active accounts**
>
> Monitor only the ad accounts you are actively using. This optimizes sync time and ensures you don't hit your plan limit unnecessarily. Accounts without active campaigns don't generate useful data.
