## Billing and plans IzeAds offers different plans to serve everyone from individual operators to agencies with multiple ad accounts. Billing is managed by Stripe, ensuring security and flexibility in payments. ### Available plans Plans differ mainly by the number of monitored accounts, tracking event volume, team members, and access to advanced features like cloaker, A/B testing, and data-driven attribution. You can view all plans and their features on the settings page. - **Monitored account limit** — Each plan defines how many ad accounts can be synced simultaneously. The usage bar in settings shows your current consumption. - **Event volume** — The number of tracking events (PageView, Lead, Purchase) processed per month. - **Team members** — Number of members that can be added to the company. - **Advanced features** — Features like cloaker, multi-touch attribution, cohort analysis, and A/B testing may only be available on higher-tier plans. ### How to change your plan 1. **Go to settings** — In the side menu, click "Settings" and navigate to the plan and billing section. 2. **View plans** — Compare available plans in the pricing table. Each plan lists its features and limits. 3. **Select the new plan** — Click "Subscribe" or "Change plan" on the desired plan. You will be redirected to Stripe checkout for upgrades or to the portal for downgrades. 4. **Confirm payment** — Complete the payment on Stripe. The plan change is applied immediately and new limits take effect right away. ### Billing portal The Stripe portal lets you manage all aspects of your billing independently: - Update payment method (credit card) - View and download past invoices - Cancel or reactivate your subscription - Update billing information To access the portal, click Manage subscription on the settings page.
