## Bulk actions on campaigns IzeAds lets you perform bulk actions on campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads. This is especially useful when you need to pause or activate multiple items at once, or adjust budgets for multiple adsets simultaneously. ### Selecting multiple items 1. **Go to the campaigns table** — Go to "Campaigns" in the sidebar menu. The table displays campaigns, adsets, or ads depending on the selected level. 2. **Select the desired items** — Click the checkbox to the left of each item you want to select. To select all visible items, use the checkbox in the table header. 3. **Use the bulk actions bar** — When you select one or more items, the bulk actions bar will appear at the bottom of the screen with the available options. ### Available actions - **Pause** — Pauses all selected campaigns, adsets, or ads. The ads stop being delivered immediately on Facebook. - **Activate** — Reactivates paused items. The ads resume delivery after reactivation (there may be a brief delay from Facebook). - **Edit budget** — Lets you change the daily budget of multiple adsets or campaigns at once. You can set a fixed value or apply a percentage increase/decrease. > ⚠️ **Be careful with bulk changes** > > Bulk actions are irreversible at the time of execution. Before pausing or changing budgets of multiple items, carefully review the selection. Accidentally pausing a profitable campaign can impact your results. Always review the list of selected items before confirming. ### Editing budgets in bulk 1. **Select the adsets or campaigns** — Check the items whose budget you want to change. 2. **Click "Edit Budget" in the actions bar** — The budget editing modal will open. 3. **Set the new value** — Enter the new daily budget. The value will be applied to all selected items. Confirm the change. 4. **Track the update** — IzeAds sends the changes to the Facebook API. The status will be updated in the table after processing. > 💡 **Scaling strategy** > > To scale campaigns safely, increase the budget in increments of 20-30% at a time. Very aggressive increases can cause Facebook to reset the adset learning phase, harming optimization. > ℹ️ **Facebook limits** > > Facebook imposes limits on the frequency of changes. If you receive an error when making bulk changes, wait a few minutes and try again. IzeAds automatically respects the API rate limits.
