Integration with Facebook Lead Ads forms

Facebook Lead Ads Integration

IzeAds integrates directly with Facebook Lead Ads to automatically import leads generated by your instant forms. When a user fills out a Lead Ad form on Facebook or Instagram, the lead is imported to the dashboard in real time, including all custom fields configured in the form.

Setting up the integration

1

Go to the Leads section

In the side menu, click "Leads". You will see the lead list and the option to manage pages.

2

Subscribe a Facebook page

Click "Configure Pages" and select the Facebook page that has Lead Ads forms. The page must be linked to an active Facebook connection.

3

Wait for automatic import

When subscribing the page, the system automatically fetches all existing forms and imports historical leads. New leads will be received in real time via Facebook webhook.

4

View imported leads

Leads will appear in the main list with contact data, custom fields, and the original creation date on Facebook.

Lead dates

The system uses two date fields for each lead:

  • fb_created_atDate and time the lead was created on Facebook. This is the primary date shown in the list, used in period filters and CSV export.
  • created_atDate and time the lead was inserted in the IzeAds database. May differ from the Facebook date if the lead was imported historically.

Custom fields

Lead Ads forms can contain custom fields beyond the standard ones (name, email, phone). IzeAds imports all fields automatically and displays them in the lead details modal, in the Form Data section. In CSV export, each custom field generates an additional dynamic column.

Syncing historical leads

When subscribing a page, the system already imports existing leads automatically. If you need to re-sync, use the Sync button in the Leads section. The system uses ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE to correct dates of existing leads without duplicating records.

Connection required

To use the Lead Ads integration, you need an active Facebook connection. Go to Connections in the side menu and connect your Facebook account if you haven't done so yet.
