Digistore24 Integration
Connect Digistore24 to IzeAds to automatically receive sale and refund events, so your ROAS, ROI and profit reflect real revenue.
Configuration
Go to Integrations in IzeAds
In the sidebar menu, open "Integrations" and find the Digistore24 card.
Copy the webhook URL
IzeAds generates a unique webhook URL for your company. Click the copy button.
Choose the value type
Pick which amount is recorded: Gross, Product value, or Earnings (net). See the section below. The default is Earnings.
Set it up in Digistore24
In your Digistore24 account, configure the copied URL as an IPN (Instant Payment Notification).
Save and test
Save and make a test sale to confirm the event arrives in IzeAds.
Value type
Digistore24 sends different amounts. Choose the one IzeAds should record:
- Gross: Total the customer paid (with Digistore fees + VAT). Use it to see what enters the platform.
- Product value: Full product price before fees. Use it to see the real product average ticket.
- Earnings (default): What actually reaches you (net, after Digistore fees). Use it to see real revenue.
Tracked events
- Approved sale: Recorded as Purchase with the sale value
- Refund / chargeback: Recorded as Refund to adjust revenue
Sale attribution
cid, on Digistore24) must carry the visitor's SCK. This happens automatically when you use the IzeAds tracker/link on the checkout.
